How much does it cost to design & develop a website?
Every project is different. My packages start at $2400, but are quoted based on scope.
How long does it take?
I’ll do my best to deliver the highest standard of work in the shortest time possible. Realistically, I aim to deliver website projects in 4-8 weeks.
What if I already have a website that just needs freshening up?
No problem – I will gladly look at what you already have (for free) and let you know if it is something I can freshen up.
Do you offer Web Hosting services?
Yes! I work with a professional, high-performance Australian web host and offer a fully managed service with several inclusions (including a free domain name, unlimited storage, backups and more), so you don’t have to deal with any of the technical stuff. Ask me for more info.
Who is responsible for creating the content?
I am responsible for inputting text and images that you provide into your website. If you need me to create new content for you, I can provide a separate estimate for that.
What platform do you use?
I develop all websites in WordPress, which is a globally recognised Content Management System (CMS).
Can I make adjustments myself?
I’ve been designing websites for clients over the last nine years and in my experience, I’ve found that things can go downhill quite quickly after the project is handed over (for a number of reasons which I will provide). For these reasons, I encourage clients to allow me to take care of the maintenance of their new website. This is not designed to be profitable for me, but rather to ensure that your website continues to work for your users and help you meet your business goals (and is also an accurate reflection of my professional work!). On top of this, it means you can spend your time on what you’re good at, and leave the technical stuff to me.
In saying that, I do offer a handover option if preferred.
Do you do Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?
I can’t guarantee improvements to your website’s search engine ranking, but the web pages that I develop are accessible to search engines and are optimised according to current SEO best practices. SEO has become such a specialised activity – there are plenty of companies who offer an ongoing service if you choose to invest in it.
Where do we start?

- If it sounds like we’re a good fit, I will schedule a meeting or call with you to discuss your specific project needs in more detail and address any questions that you (or I) may have.
- I’ll send over a formal proposal and contract for the project along with a deposit invoice.
- You sign the contract, pay the deposit and secure your place in my calendar so we can get started.
